I am a Consulting Physiotherapist based out of Bangalore. Based on a fellow physiotherapist's recommendation, I had bought all my equipments from BMS somewhere in 2014. The equipments have had no issues whatsoever until 2022 when couples of machines had some minor issues. A simple phone call to Mr. Balu was enough. The next moment I had technician Mr. Mani call me who checked the machines through video call. Very prompt I must say. He identified the issue and I had one of the machines couriered to BMS office. The service was done immediately and couriered back promptly. Service charges were very reasonable too. Highly recommended.
They also send their technicians on request to do a general service of all the machines.
